Crane Institute of America LLC (“Crane Institute of America,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled for products and services purchased through our website or online store.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase or delivery, as applicable. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase or delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Online courses, online recertifications, or digital training materials once access has been granted;

Used, damaged, marked-up, or altered books, manuals, handbooks, checklists, reference materials, or training materials;

Items not purchased directly from Crane Institute of America.
Training, Certification, and Recertification Purchases
Training, certification, recertification, and course-related purchases may be subject to separate cancellation, transfer, attendance, testing, or administrative policies.
Online recertification purchases, digital course access, and other electronic training services may be non-refundable once access has been provided, login credentials have been issued, materials have been accessed, or the service has begun.
If you need assistance with a training, certification, or recertification purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@craneinstitute.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider, credit card company, or bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund, please first check your bank account or credit card account again.

Exchanges
We may replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items may not be refundable unless required by law or approved by us in writing.
